二夜限りのプレミアムな野外レストラン『DINING OUT TOTTORI-YAZU REVIVAL』を開催いたしました。 We held "DINING OUT TOTTORI-YAZU REVIVAL": a premium outdoor restaurant only for two nights.

二夜限りのプレミアムな野外レストラン、ダイニングアウト。
11/16sat・17sunの2夜、OOE VALLEY STAYにて『DINING OUT TOTTORI-YAZU REVIVAL』を開催いたしました。
 

一面橙色に染まった、こおげ花御所柿ばたけで行われたレセプションでは、地元農家さんからふるまわれた甘く熟した花御所柿をほおばりながら、夕日を背景に思い思いに柿狩りをするゲストの姿も見られ、美味しく楽しい時間を過ごしていただきました。
 

八頭竹林公園から運んだ竹に囲まれ、幻想的な照明の中にセッティングされたメイン会場OOE VALLEY STAY レストランIRORIのオープンデッキでは、イタリア『Ristorante TOKUYOSHI』オーナーシェフ、鳥取県出身の徳吉洋二シェフが、繊細かつ大胆な感性で地元食材を操り、テーブルの上に見事なストーリーを繰り広げてくださいました。

八頭の山あいに静かに更けゆく夜に、地元の食材に施されたシェフの細やかな演出を楽しむ二夜となりました。

We held “DINING OUT TOTTORI-YAZU REVIVAL” at “OOE VALLEY STAY” on Sat, Nov.16th and Sun, Nov. 17th.
 

Stained on one side orange, Kooge At the reception, which was held in Koge Hanagosho Japanese persimmon land covered with colored leave, guests enjoy persimmon hunting in their own way against the background of the setting sun while enjoying the sweet ripe persimmon that is served from the local farmers. And we had a good and delicious time.
 

On the open deck of the main venue “OOE VALLEY STAY” restaurant “IRORI” that is setting in the fantastic lighting surrounded by bamboo that are carried out from the Yazu bamboo forest park, Tokuyoshi Yoji chef born in Tottori Prefecture who is the owner-chef of “Ristorante TOKUYOSHI” in Italy cook local ingredients with his delicate and bold sense and show a wonderful story on the table.

We enjoyed the highly attentive show of cuisine made from local ingredients in the two nights which passed quietly between the mountains of Yazu.
